Enjoy the incredible downtown skyline views from the swim-up bar in the private pool, beach, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, dining and multiple living areas.
Inside the home is an open concept living, dining and kitchen with unobstructed views of downtown through almost every window, oversized glass door and high ceiling.
This house works as hard as it plays with an executive office equipped with sit/stand desk, dual monitors and HD video camera, a workout area, a game room, media room, and turntable equipped with classic vinyl that can be played across the entire house via eight zone Sonos stereo system.
The 5 bedroom (plus bonus room)/4bath house sleeps 14 very comfortably with five king sized beds/rooms and two two bonus areas that separately have a full-over-full bunk bed and a pullout couch.
Living room is huge with 14 foot ceilings, large windows and multiple 9 foot glass French doors that open to the backyard and amazing city views. The centerpiece of the room is a large modern leather sectional with electric reclining seats, leather captain chair, 65 inch 4k TV and Sonos surround system.
Kitchen is a chef and entertainer’s delight with large island, commercial appliances and thoughtful additions that include dual coffee machines, pressure cooker, and air fryer
Indoor dinning area hosts a large reclaimed hardwood table and extra seating at bar.
Outdoor dining is covered and has a large teak farmhouse table and views of downtown.

Outdoor living consists of a pool, spa, several sitting areas furnished with couches, Adirondack chairs, fit pit and yard games on the turf. The spa is free to heat, but there is a $100 per day charge to heat the pool.
Primary suite “El Presidente” is oversized with vaulting ceilings and large glass doors that open to a large covered deck with outdoor living and the best view in Austin. The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower and separate jacuzzi tub, dual vanities, bidet, and large walk-in closet.
The El Presidente suite has large HDTV and Sonos surround sound with another dedicated Sonos zone for the bathroom.
Primary suite #2 has a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom new 4k smart tv.
Bedroom #3 has a king sized bed and views of downtown with adjacent bathroom.
Bedroom #4 has a king sized bed with adjacent bathroom.
Bedroom #5 has a king sized bed with ensuite bathroom and double glass doors that walk out to patio with views of downtown.
Bonus room has a full over full sized bunk bed.
Full bathroom with bidet downstairs and three full bathroom upstairs.
The house is centrally located and guests can enjoy easy access to Austin’s most desirable amenities by walking, via ride-share, abundant scooters, nearby city bus stop and rental car.
The house has three off-street parking spots, additional street parking permit can be requested.

The house is perched high above Barton Springs road just south of downtown and near Austin’s most desirable areas including Bouldin Creek, South Lamar (SOLO), South Congress (SOCO), and downtown.
House has unobstructed views of 4th of July and NYE firework show downtown Austin. Enjoy from the pool, hot tub and patios.
The house has three off-street parking spots, additional street parking permit can be requested.

We rented this house for our family’s Christmas celebration, and it was the perfect rental experience. The house is in wonderful condition, spacious and well-kept. The beds (all kings!) were comfy. The kitchen is large and stocked with spices and extra items you might need to cook. The backyard is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the downtown view. The house is in a good location, and within walking distance to several excellent restaurants and a well-stocked convenience store. The hike and bike trail is nearby, and downtown Austin is a short drive. The hosts are excellent communicators and responded quickly to my questions. We would definitely rent this house again.

Our recent stay at this VRBO property was truly remarkable, earning a well-deserved five stars! Nestled in the heart of Austin, this home offered the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Inside, the home was breathtaking. The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed us to enjoy the picturesque views of downtown. The kitchen was a chef’s dream, with plenty of space for cooking and entertaining.One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor area. The back yard was perfect for enjoying the stunning city skyline, and the pool/spa was warm, clean, and looked like a luxury resort. The location of this property was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions, shopping, and dining. Despite being close to everything, the home was a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.Overall, this VRBO property exceeded our expectations in every way.

This was a great location right by Terry Blacks and a quick uber from the center of Austin. The view was incredible and great spot for a big group of family or friends.
