This corner unit Condominium is directly across the street from Little Zilker Park with a playground, pickle ball, and tennis courts! Head down Bluebonnet going west and you will find yourself at Barton Springs, Austin’s iconic natural-fed swimming spring.
This cute 1 bedroom condo is a perfect location for visiting Austin. Inside you have all your main essential items for cooking, relaxing on the common area porch, or heading over to Little Zilker for a little pickleball action (pickle ball set provided).
Visit the many activities the park and Lady Bird Lake provide. A short walk or drive to restaurants, bars, trails, paddle boarding, swimming, arts, museums, theaters, etc.
High-speed Google fiber internet will provide a wonderful work environment.
Please note it is on the second floor with no elevator. There is a washer/dryer available to pay to use in the building. The couch turns into a full futon bed in the living room, and a king-size bed in the Primary bedroom.

The apartment was perfectly located and well-equipped with everything I needed for an easy, enjoyable visit. The Zilker location is fantastic. This is one of the most vibrant, family-friendly neighborhoods in Austin. This particular apartment is minutes away from some of the area’s most popular restaurants. Easy on-site parking, quiet neighbors. The host was great and we appreciate her excellent communication. We strongly recommend this property and host.

Perfect for our needs. The unit is a quiet space with a very comfortable bed in a nice neighborhood. It is a short and easy walk to many great restaurants and coffee shops. Barton Springs and Zilker Park are close by too. Rachel’s directions, check-in instructions, and information about the area and things to do in Austin were very helpful. We hope to return here again soon.
